"Does Bulgaria need a new law for the access to the Ex-State Security archives?"
On the 5th of July at Sheraton Hotel Konrad Adenauer Foundation organized international conference on this topic. Dr. Gauk, head of the Federal Authority for Documents of the State Security Service of the Former GDR, opened the forum with a lecture, followed by open discussions.
